Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, firm name, professional registration details, logo and photo, and billing identifiers.
• Subscriber data you upload — the names and email addresses of the clients you choose to send newsletters to.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider, Paystack. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use personal information only to:

• provide and operate your newsletter account;
• generate and send the newsletters you create;
• process your subscription payments; and
• communicate with you about your account and support.

We never sell or rent your personal information, or your subscribers' information, for third-party marketing.

When you upload subscriber details, you act as the responsible party and we process that information on your behalf. You confirm you have a lawful basis (such as consent) to contact each subscriber. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link and your sender details so recipients can opt out at any time.

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards — including Paystack (payments), our email delivery provider, our cloud hosting and database providers, and our AI provider used to draft commentary. They may process data outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your information as described below.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with POPIA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter, but you may approach the Regulator at any time:
