Terms of Service

Newsletter Builder provides tools to generate branded newsletters using AI-assisted commentary (and, for some professions, live market data), to manage subscriber lists, and to send newsletters by email. The Service is a digital, subscription-based product delivered online.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

New accounts receive a free 3-day trial. During the trial you can create up to three newsletters to evaluate the Service. Adding subscribers and sending newsletters to clients requires a paid subscription. When the trial ends, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe; your data is retained and kept safe.

Paid plans start from R199 per month, billed in South African Rand (ZAR), with higher tiers unlocking additional features. Plans may also be paid yearly in advance at a discounted rate. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paystack. By subscribing you authorise us, through Paystack, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, or yearly if you chose annual billing) until you cancel. Prices may change on reasonable prior notice.

The Service is delivered digitally. Access to paid features is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed — there is no physical product and no shipping. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for more detail.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only to send newsletters to recipients who have a lawful basis to receive them. You are responsible for the content you create and send, and for complying with applicable laws including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

We retain all rights in the Service and its software. You retain ownership of the content and subscriber data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

AI-generated commentary and any market data are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is sent. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
